All Dealer orders exceeding their region minimum order value shall be prepaid by the carrier of our choice. Please see map and a list of exclusions below.
Exclusion items include built-in pipe and oversized cartons. Any and all charges associated with the shipping of pipe are the dealers responsibility.
Surcharges related to the below list of items are not included in prepaid freight and will be charged back to the dealer.
- Beyond or Rural charges
- Residential Delivery Charges
- Drop Shipments for dealers to end user accounts
- Saturday Delivery
- Express Cheque or COD charges
- Same Day delivery
- Curbside residential
- Tail Gate charges
- Wait time charges
- Any additional charges associated with the shipping of pipe
- Inside Delivery
These charges will be identified where possible before your shipment leaves, however the surcharges will be charged back to the dealer account regardless. Our Customer Service Team will work closely with each dealer account to offer ways to minimize any freight charges to your account.
All damaged freight must be noted on the carrier waybill at time of delivery. Please immediately notify Tip Top of any damage and the waybill number of the shipment it occurred on. Please fax or email a copy of the waybill stating the damage.
